This is to advise that we will be closing over the Christmas period from:
We will have a skeleton staff available to assist customers with any urgent needs requiring technical assistance from 19th December until 23rd December.
Sonia Edwards, our Credit Controller and all Sales Administration staff will be taking a much deserved break from 19th December until 3rd January so we therefore request that you sort out any queries related to your account with us, and/or copies of invoices or statements that may be required as soon as possible before 15th December. There will be no-one to assist you after this date.
Please note that all current payments received before 25th December will, as usual be subject to a 10% settlement discount. Unfortunately we cannot allow this discount for late payments received only in the new year, due to your own staff being on leave.
